Inspections cover numerous areas and focus on the following characteristics of the house: Exterior Grounds, Garage, Roof(s), Exterior Envelope, Basement and Unfinished Areas, Electrical Panel, Plumbing Service and Waste, Heating, Air conditioning, Ventilation, Rooms, Attic.
Multiple points are addressed in each area and concerns are noted on the report as to the functionality, safety, or recommended maintenance of each item.
Naturally, we can only inspect what we can see, though it is our goal to make every attempt to view structure(s) where possible. Our inspection is similar to many of our peers in the industry, it is non-destructive in nature and informative to the buyer. We make every attempt to answer clients questions during the inspection or after client assumes occupancy.
We do not offer a "Minnesota Code" inspection. That is left for local licensed jurisdictions. We do provide buyers with information on the condition of the home they are about to buy. In many cases items discovered during the inspection can save a buyer hundreds or even thousands of dollars in the purchase price of their home.
